安徒生會1963年創會，多年來一直透過故事活動，活潑有趣地培養基層兒童對學習的興趣及創造力。
近年推出「悅讀新視野」計劃，研究故事繪本對防止校園欺凌等問題的成效，並推出本資源網，期望可推動學校社會更重視繪本教育。
